Terms & Conditions

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment or you fail to attend, a charge of $100.00 will be billed to your account. This will have to be paid before your next appointment with us. 

Please be informed that any two consecutive canceled appointments automatically result in full, non-refundable upfront payments for any future visits.  

Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.

Please allow an additional 5% of the total bill for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise during treatment.
