Gum Disease

Gum disease is caused by bacteria. Tooth loss threatening disease is a very common condition. Most of the time gum disease is painless hence its usually diagnosed by a health professional. Common symptoms of gum disease are bleeding gums, bad breath (halitosis), lose or wiggly teeth, teeth which are sore to bite on. Cosmetically people can notice presence of plaque or tartar black triangles between teeth.

Gum recession

Gum inflammation is by far the most common cause of receding gums. Signs & Symptoms of gum recession are:

- loss of gum tissue
-exposure of the root surface
-increased root sensitivity
